In this role, you will introduce your peers to the newest flavor of Doritos®, driving brand awareness and making it the snack of choice on your campus! This will be the most ambitious Doritos launch, taking a familiar flavor, and putting our Doritos twist on it. We will need your help getting people to try this new and exciting flavor!

Your main tasks are to: (1) Distribute product samples through fun events - tabling events in populated areas on your campus and product drops within various student organizations ; (2) Create and share engaging social media content on your TikTok.

We're selecting multiple Brand Ambassadors at each university. If you know friends who would be interested, share this job and encourage them to apply – you might get to work together!

Timeline: This part-time role runs through the Spring 2025 semester/quarter.

Responsibilities

Over the course of the Spring semester/quarter, you will complete the following tasks:

• Distribute 500 Doritos® product samples. You will distribute samples through a combination of tabling events and student organization product drops.
• 3 TikTok posts - the best content will be further highlighted through various measures, giving you wider visibility and a chance to build your social media following.
• Top performing Ambassadors will be invited to participate in 1 optional Lunch & Learn video group call - this is an exclusive networking opportunity with members of the Doritos® marketing team

In addition to the tasks above, you will also be responsible for the following logistics:

• Pre-program virtual training & planning
• Weekly communication with EvolveZ via Slack and video calls
• Capture & submit picture and video content throughout the program
• Adhere to task due dates/milestones that will be shared during program training

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time, currently enrolled college student available to promote Doritos® in-person on your college campus in the upcoming Spring 2025 semester/quarter.
• Should not be participating in another Ambassador program within the packaged snack industry.
• This paid, part-time role is as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the US and possess a valid SSN.
• Passionate about event planning, social content creation & promotion, and being a trendsetter for new products amongst your peers. Added bonus if you already love Doritos®!
• The ability to connect with on-campus organizations (Greek Life/campus clubs) is crucial for this role.
• A strong presence on TikTok is required. We require applicants to consistently have videos that generate over 500 views.
• Ambassadors must make their TikTok account public and unhide likes throughout the program.

HOW EVOLVEZ WORKS:

EvolveZ works with brands like Doritos® to create and execute their Brand Ambassador programs. For this program, the EvolveZ team will interview, hire, train, and manage the Ambassadors on a weekly basis, while the Doritos® team maintains general oversight.
