Education: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Website Design, Marketing, Computer Science or related field.. Responsibilities: The Email Developer is responsible for the coding, producing, proofing, testing, and troubleshooting HTML email campaigns. The Email Developer produces optimized and responsive HTML emails and is responsible for ensuring a consistent email experience across all email clients and devices. They must have extreme attention to detail and extensive experience and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modular email development in an email marketing system. Essential Job Responsibilities: Understand industry best practices related to email development and deployment. Convert client-provided assets (PSD/HTML/Images/wireframes) into fully responsive emails. Work with leads to implement best practices and department processes. Works closely with Digital Marketing & Social Media teams to support the execution of brand and marketing campaigns and creative deliverables through email channels. Ensure delivery of a strong digital impact through creative design and compatibility. Demonstrates project management skills by seeing projects through completion. Collaborates with cross-functional creative brand team(s) as needed. Understand and enforce the brand guidelines for assigned work. Comfortably handle change requests and provide quick and efficient solutions.
