* We do not have current openings, but are looking to fill opportunities in the future! * As an Email Marketing Manager, you will manage and implement a range of email marketing programs for Veterans United and our partner companies, proving an exceptional experience to customers that helps them succeed in homebuying and homeownership. You will use your knowledge of email marketing best practices to help achieve overall business goals by optimizing program performance, innovating new strategies, and providing strategic and implementation advice to stakeholders.
Please note: this position would be located in our Columbia, MO office. Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:
- Configure and optimize email marketing campaigns using Marketo tool.
- Monitor daily operations of owned Marketo campaigns to ensure optimal performance and stability, inclusive of email volume, deliverability, engagement and lead generation where applicable. Take corrective action when necessary.
- Provide expert subject-matter advice to internal stakeholders on the achievement of collective business goals. Provide input on marketing strategy, marketing technology, and data requirements for both new email marketing initiatives and the improvement of existing ones.
- Identify opportunities to better serve customers and innovate new email marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with Data Analysts to gain insight into campaigns, projects, and strategies with reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, responding promptly and accurately to inquiries.
- Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
