Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

Our client, a global manufacturing firm, is seeking an ERP implementation analyst to join its growing team.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement sophisticated KPI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into production metrics
Conduct advanced statistical analysis to forecast production trends and identify optimization opportunities
Present analytical findings to senior management with clear, actionable recommendations
Develop automated reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and increase data accuracy
Lead cross-functional workshops to map current processes and design future-state workflows
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new workflows and system processes
Design and implement process improvements that enhance production efficiency and reduce operational costs
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2. 2+ years ERP experience, end to end
3. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
6. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
