In this role, you’ll work closely with executive leadership to support both events and broader strategic initiatives. You’ll handle a mix of logistics, scheduling, and project coordination—ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This position offers significant exposure to high-impact projects and a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating logistics for internal and external events
  • Managing calendars, timelines, and project workflows
  • Supporting strategic initiatives through research, reporting, and administrative assistance
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and working cross-functionally across departments

Ideal candidates will have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in event planning, project coordination, or a related administrative role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized under pressure
  • A team-oriented attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
