Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor located in Elyria, OH. The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and performing equipment maintenance, facility management, preventive maintenance, and building maintenance in an industrial foundry setting
• Day-to-day tasks include supervising and holding accountable maintenance staff, coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Managing maintenance supplies and resources.
• 1st shift hours but must be flexible to stay until the work is done, work after hours and on the weekend may be required based on business need

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Supervisory experience needed for managing staff and coordinating maintenance activities
• 3-5 years Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is a plus
