Job Description Responsibilities will/may include participation in clinical care, medical education and research. The Division provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital, other area hospitals and outreach clinic sites in the St Louis Metropolitan area. Candidates will be BE/BC Sleep Medicine (BE/BC Pediatrics preferred) providing care for the full spectrum of sleep conditions including Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, restless leg syndrome, insomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, parasomnias and other common sleep disorders. Share clinical, research and teaching responsibilities with other faculty in the division. Competitive base salary plus RVU incentives, sign-on bonus, and relocation bonus. Exceptional benefit package. Shared call with Pediatric Sleep Medicine team. Critical access hospital. Certified 7-bed, pediatric-only, sleep laboratory connected to the inpatient pediatric hospital and outpatient clinic. Sleep Fellowship program. Possible opportunity to do part-time adult sleep medicine for interested candidates. Academic appointment with Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Faculty rank commensurate with experience. Candidates should have an interest in academic achievement in pediatric sleep medicine. Excellent opportunities for teaching in both didactic and clinical settings are available at the medical student, resident and fellow level. Clinical research opportunities with internal funding options by application. Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience.
