Overview POSITION SUMMARY: Promote children and families' progress across the standards and as described in the Head Start Parent, Family, and Community Engagement Framework to build respectful, culturally responsive, and trusting relationships with families. Provide assistance and support to the families to ensure all state and federal standards are met. Attain knowledge of resources available in the community, and build and strengthen partnerships within community entities. Role and Responsibilities Implement curriculum in accordance with guidelines/training Work with families to identify and set goals.
