Job Description
Kitties cafe and bakery is growing! We now have 3 Kitties locations: Worthington, Bexley and German Village. We are looking for a front of house barista who likes to provide excellent, friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Drink preparation and assembling ala carte food items to order
General cleanliness, dishwashing and organization of the facility
Takes orders from the customers over the phone and in person
Set up and close the counter/guest areas
This is a non-exempt position with variable hours and an expectation that hours will be scheduled approximately 20-25 hours per week. The schedule for this position varies based on the needs of the business and may include early morning and weekend hours. This position is part of the Kitties tip share program which has been paying an additional approximately $5-$6/hour on top of the base wage.
