Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class hospital that has an opening for Grant Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit grant applications by required deadlines, including budgets and other necessary documentation.
• Manage all aspects of pre- and post-award research grant management support.
• Track and ensure timely submission of renewal applications for grantees.
• Prepare and submit grant reports as needed.
• Oversee and report on the progress of grant aims and objectives throughout the year.
• Ensure proper management of grant funding in compliance with state, federal, or other applicable regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Health Care Administration, Accounting, Finance, Business (must be completed; not "in process").
• Minimum 2 years of experience in grant writing and management, including the acquisition of grants, budget and financial tracking, progress reporting, and compliance with regulations for various types of awards (including federal grants).
• Experience in or knowledge of non-profit accounting, including fund and grant accounting, compliance, and reporting.
• Proficiency in PC operations and a solid working knowledge of basic office software products (word processing, graphic presentations, spreadsheet production, database operations).
• Ability to type at least 40 wpm with accuracy.

Additional Information:

• Location: Zanesville, OH 43701 (Hybrid: 50% Onsite, 50% Remote)
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, Day Shift
