Our client, a leading manufacturer in the health and wellness industry, is seeking a HR Generalist to join their team. As a HR Generalist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various teams within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Vancouver, WA

Pay Range: $36-$48 an hour, Depending On Experience

What's the Job?

• Provide comprehensive support in all HR and administrative functions within the department.
• Act as an employee advocate and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Facilitate the staffing process and maintain accurate staffing information.
• Perform recruitment activities including writing job advertisements and conducting interviews.
• Assist with employee relations activities and foster positive communication within the organization.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years previous human resources generalist experience required.
• Strong computer skills, including HRIS software experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
