Industrial Painter

As an Industrial Painter, you will be working in a dynamic manufacturing setting where all parts are custom-made. Your expertise with liquid paint will be essential, though you may occasionally assist in other areas if necessary. Collaboration and teamwork are key, as you will contribute to various tasks to support the team. The primary material used is aluminum, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality finishes. Pay is 24-30/hr starting out.

Responsibilities

• Apply liquid paint to custom aluminum parts using spray guns.
• Assist in other areas when required, contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Perform paint preparation and sanding to ensure optimal surface quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized paint booth.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 1 year painting experience.
• Proficiency in using spray guns and electrostatic paint.
• Strong knowledge of paint prep, sanding, and industrial painting techniques.
• Safety-oriented mindset with willingness to wear a respirator.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with powder coating is beneficial.
• Ability to pass a respirator test and maintain a clean-shaven appearance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
