Work Schedule: First Shift, Monday - Friday

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Instrument Technician to service, calibrate, and maintain a broad range of equipment and instruments, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and GxP standards.
Job Duties:
Perform calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting on various instruments and equipment.
Ensure compliance with approved procedures, measurement traceability, and documentation standards.
Serve as a subject matter expert in assigned measurement disciplines.
Communicate status, issues, and corrective actions clearly with team members and customers.
Maintain safety compliance and participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support team collaboration and build effective working relationships.
Pursue ongoing technical and professional development.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in engineering, science, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred), or equivalent technical experience.
3–5+ years of calibration experience using precision standards and measurement techniques.
Strong understanding of electrical, electronic, and thermodynamic principles.
Experience with measurement uncertainties, statistical process control (SPC), and metrology software.
Proficiency in multiple measurement disciplines and familiarity with metrology principles and systems.
Industry experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or related fields is a plus.
