This role will primarily focus on conducting GenAI testing and research for our Insurance Solutions. Additionally, the intern will be responsible for assisting in project managing product deployment operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in the intersection of technology, insurance, and project management. Responsibilities: GenAI Testing and Research: Conduct thorough testing of GenAI applications related to insurance solutions. Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve any issues or bugs. Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in GenAI for insurance applications. Analyze data and provide insights to improve the performance and functionality of GenAI products. Product Deployment Operations: Assist in coordinating and managing the deployment of insurance solutions to clients. Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and client services to ensure smooth and timely product deployment. Document deployment processes, update deployment checklists, and assist in creating deployment plans. Monitor deployment progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. Project Management: Support project managers in organizing and executing project plans for product deployment. Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Assist in identifying and mitigating risks that may impact project timelines. Communicate project status and updates to internal teams and stakeholders. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong interest in technology, insurance, and project management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Previous experience with software testing or project management is a plus.
