Frasco – Investigator Frasco is looking for an Investigator to join our team (full‑time or part‑time if feasible). Job Type Part‑Time, Billable Hours, Non‑exempt Location Atlanta, Georgia Reports To Regional Manager Compensation Hourly Rate: $22 – $28 per hour (Weekly Pay), commensurate with experience and performance Travel time: compensated at 85% of regular hourly rate after reasonable commute Mileage reimbursement: $0.50 per mile Paid administrative time: paid at regular hourly rate Paid training: paid at regular hourly rate Description The role involves conducting thorough insurance claims investigations, which include performing scene investigations to collect photo and video evidence from accident locations. It also requires handling document signings and retrievals, conducting wellness checks, and submitting daily updates on the work performed for each case. Preparing and dictating investigation reports is also a key responsibility. Essential Job Functions Conduct insurance claims investigations, including taking recorded claimant and witness statements and performing scene investigations Complete multiple types of complex claims investigations Review assignments and supporting documentation to determine case objectives and client expectations Submit daily updates regarding work performed on each case Maintain a sufficient level of client billable hours Prepare and dictate detailed investigation reports Adhere to strict due dates About Us Frasco is a leading provider of investigative services for clients in the insurance industry.
