Job Title: Investigator Location: Stockton, California Job Type: Full-Time, Billable Hours, Non-exempt Reports To: Regional Manager Compensation: $20 - $28 per hour, weekly paid. Travel commission 85% of hourly rate after reasonable commute. Mileage reimbursement $0.55 per mile. Paid administrative time and training at regular hourly rate. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred. About Us Frasco is a leading investigator services provider for insurance clients. We deliver accurate, high-quality investigation services to meet client expectations. Responsibilities Conduct thorough insurance claims investigations, including taking recorded claimant and witness statements and performing scene investigations. Complete multiple types of complex claims investigations. Review assignments and supporting documentation to determine case objectives and client expectations. Daily submission of updates regarding work performed on each case. Maintain a sufficient level of client billable hours. Prepare and dictate detailed investigation reports. Adhere to strict due dates. Qualifications Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality. Effective communication skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to work from a home-based office with flexible hours. Valid driver’s license and vehicle; minimum auto insurance $100,000 each person/$300,000 each accident bodily injury/$50,000 property damage. Smartphone, printer, scanner, desktop/laptop computer with a good internet connection. Capable of working independently, contacting clients, and strategizing to handle their needs. Preferred Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English. Customer service experience.
