Fort Lauderdale, Florida and surrounding areas to handle a high volume of kitchen and home cabinetry installations. This is a
1099 contractor position with year-round work, pre-sold projects, and performance-based incentives.Job Description
You'll be responsible for the accurate, professional installation of kitchen cabinets and built-ins at the job site. We value skilled craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.
Responsibilities: - Install cabinetry, trim, and custom carpentry solutions in residential settings
- Follow installation procedures and ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients on-site
- Respect customer property and maintain a clean, safe work area
- Accurately complete paperwork and installation documentation
- Maintain a well-stocked vehicle or enclosed trailer with necessary tools and components
- Explain care, functionality, and maintenance of installed products to customers
Qualifications: - 2+ years of cabinet installation, carpentry, or interior remodeling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read blueprints, follow detailed instructions, and take accurate measurements
- Skilled in using power tools (drills, saws, levels, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (personal enclosed trailer preferred)
- Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 100 lbs
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge is a plus
