Job Description

*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction plumbing and a strong understanding of plumbing systems. This role involves working on various projects, including residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and safely.

*Responsibilities*

* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
* Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
* Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
* Perform pipe threading, assembly, and heavy lifting as required for installations.
* Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to identify issues before they become major problems.
* Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure timely project completion.
* Provide field service support for emergency repairs as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

*Skills*

* Proficient in construction plumbing techniques with hands-on experience.
* Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and HVAC.
* Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
* Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
* Previous construction site experience preferred, along with maintenance person experience.
* Capable of operating commercial driving vehicles if required for job duties.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
