Medicus Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery for a locum tenens job in Norfolk County, Virginia.

A hospital in southeastern Virginia has an opportunity for a Cardiac Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to assist their team.

About the Opportunity:

Flexible Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts, 5-7 days per week
Ample OR time
First assist and weekend call required
Annual Volume: 2,300 cases
Cases: CABG, valves, heart transplants, aortic dissections, lungs, MCS, TAVR
Must be proficient in EVH (Maquet or Terumo)
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
Willing to negotiate rates based on experience
OT after 40 hours
