Online Marketing & Content Creation:

• Create beautiful, engaging content for social media - from Reels and Stories to posts that people actually stop scrolling for.
• Manage multiple accounts with a consistent brand voice and visual style.
• Write and send out fun, eye-catching newsletters that make our audience feel part of something special.
• Use social media tools and retargeting strategies to grow engagement and attract new clients.
• Keep up with what’s trending in the beauty world and adapt ideas quickly.

In-Person Marketing & Community Building:

• Visit local businesses and build genuine referral partnerships.
• Hand out promotional materials that actually get noticed.
• Be our brand ambassador in the community - the person people love talking to.
• Find creative ways to connect with local audiences and build our B2B network.

Requirements:

• Experience with social media management tools, photo/video editing, or Canva.
• Comfort with photography, filming, or short-form video content.
• Prior experience in the beauty, fashion, or wellness industry is a plus but not required
