The Well is a growing non-profit in Norfolk, Nebraska that was established in 1991. Our services provide mental-health, and addiction recovery services to Northeast Nebraskans. Our services are expanding, as is our growing team member roster.

We are growing and in search of a mental health counselor. We're looking for dynamic counselors that are driven to provide exemplary services to the consumers we serve! We are thrilled to be able to offer the opportunity for our counselors to be trained in PCIT, EMDR, DBT, IAEDP, HeartMath and Neurofeedback over the next three years thanks to a generous ARPA grant!

Qualifications:

Must be licensed as a counselor in Nebraska or be eligible to obtain licensure; (P)LMHP, LIMHP, and/or (P)LADC.

Duties and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will conduct individual sessions and assessments within the scope of your counseling license. 

Counselors are expected to maintain an adequate caseload and provide services to all clients on their roster. Required documentation includes SUD/MH assessments, individual session notes, group session notes, treatment plans, aftercare plans, and discharge plans.

The WELL provides extensive training in personality disorders, trauma, and DBT to give you the tools that you need to be an amazing residential counselor!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
