Our state of the art production facility is hiring Team Members for our Production Team to produce quality parts for the Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, Marine, and Motorsports industries. 1-2+ years of automotive or manufacturing experience preferred. Composite materials and manufacturing experience highly desired. deBotech, Inc. is based in Mooresville, NC and is family owned. We offer competitive benefits and pay. Responsibilities:

• Ability to follow process documents to ensure quality parts are made
• Ability to build automotive parts from a materials kit following work instructions
• Ability to ensure that all key characteristics for form, fit and function are met
• Communicate non-conformances with Lead or Supervisor
• Complete work orders and requests in a timely manner
• Perform all work as required by daily schedule
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures·

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience working with carbon fiber or other composites preferred
• High school or equivalent education
• Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields
• Familiarity with manufacturing tools, equipment and processes
• Experience in auto-body, polishing, buffing and sanding a plus
• Ability to work with speed and efficiency with a high regard to detail and quality
• Previous experience in upholstery and/or composite material layup
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Possess a strong work ethic and be customer driven
