Job Description

Position: Office Services Specialist

Location: Eagan, MN, 55121- Monday-Friday on-site

Duration: Contract through July 2026 + opportunity for extension or conversion

Pay Rate: $16-18/hr based on experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED is required.
  • 1 year of general office experience; or equivalent training, education and/or experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Computer and internet skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Prior mailroom experience
  • Lockbox Experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential materials.
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work well independently.

Description

Insight Global is seeking an Office Service Specialist for one of our large PBM clients. This individual will play a key role in supporting members, clients, and employees by ensuring the efficient handling of mail, document preparation and routing, and compliance with secure disposal protocols. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role also requires proficiency in office technologies such as document management systems, scanning hardware/software, Microsoft Office Suite, and secure file handling tools to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all tasks. This position will be standard business hours and require to be onsite in Eagan, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Mail Intake & Handling: Receive, sort, open, and review incoming physical mail to ensure documents are accounted for and ready for processing. Occasionally process outbound mail as needed.
  • Document Preparation, Job Creation & Routing: Prepare documents for scanning, perform digital conversion, and route documents to appropriate departments.
  • Treasury & Finance: Receive and process finance mail. Route checks to appropriate lockbox locations.
  • Compliance & Secure Disposal: Ensure strict adherence to data compliance, retention, and secure document destruction policies after quality assurance is complete.
