SUMMARY OF POSITION

Accurate and timely fulfillment of order selection and shipment for customer accounts. Position requires the understanding and ability to perform tasks in the order selection process.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Using a scanner, pick, process, and prep products per customer orders. Strive for 100% accuracy.
• Prepare product for shipment; including but not limited to, loading trucks.
• Ensure the safety of yourself and others.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English in both written and verbal medium.
• Basic mathematical ability to perform basic math functions.
• Basic computer abilities to look up and/or enter information/numbers into Navision system operate basic office equipment.
• Ability to anticipate problems and find solutions with aide of Lead or Manager.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, specifically the ability to work quickly within complicated, numerical locations; high diversity of products; follow paperwork to pick product.
• Ability to learn and read detailed paperwork; product codes, and manage a large volume of information at the same time.
• A highly physical involving constant standing, bending, walking, moving product within a warehouse environment. Rotation includes working 5-10 hours constantly in temperature controlled warehouse locations: range from outside temp, cooler, freezer.
• Frequent manual lifting of product ranging from 5 lbs to 75 lbs.
• Ability and understanding to safely operate warehouse equipment including, but not limited to, scanners, electric pallet jacks, walkie

SCHEDULE: Sunday – Thursday 5:00 PM – Finish (Four ten-hour shifts, third day off decided on needs of business, End time varies)
