THIS IS A 3RD SHIFT POSITION BUT YOU WILL TRAIN ON 1ST SHIFT.

MONDAY - THURSDAY 6PM-4:30AM.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are picked, packed, and labeled according to company standards. This role is critical in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick orders from designated locations within the warehouse using handheld scanners or pick lists.
• Ensure all items are correctly packed and labeled for shipment, minimizing errors in order fulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe working environment.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment within the warehouse.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or handheld scanning devices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in order processing.
