Job Description
Emmaus Inc., a non-profit in Haverhill, MA is seeking a part-time Outreach Housing Case Manager. The successful candidates will assist homeless individuals in searching for and securing stable housing, connect consumers to needed community services, provide stabilization support to those placed in housing, assist with landlord/tenant mediation, and write/maintain ongoing progress notes and monthly stabilization reports.
The Outreach Case Manager would assist the Coordinated Entry Rehousing Program making a difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness by helping them to rebuild their lives and reach their fullest potential.
Emmaus is willing to provide training and support to help the right person grow into the job.
