Location: Tiffany Springs, North Kansas City, Missouri (near KCI airport & Zona Rosa)

LSI Staffing is currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals for General Laborer and Packager positions for a reputable client in the Tiffany Springs area of North Kansas City.

Job Summary: LSI Staffing is seeking hardworking General Laborers and Packagers for 1st shift opportunities in Tiffany Springs. These positions offer a Monday through Friday schedule with competitive pay, depending on the specific role and your experience. We are looking for individuals who are eager to work and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities (may vary depending on the specific role):

General Laborer:

• Performing various physical tasks in a warehouse or production environment.
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Moving and organizing products.
• Assisting with setup and cleanup of work areas.
• Other general labor duties as assigned.

Packager:

• Inspecting products for quality before packaging.
• Assembling boxes and containers.
• Carefully packaging products according to specifications.
• Labeling packages accurately.
• Maintaining a clean and organized packaging area.
• Meeting production quotas and quality standards.
• Other packaging duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience is required for these entry-level positions; however, previous experience in general labor, packaging, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Must be able to work the scheduled 1st shift hours.

Shift and Compensation:

• Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Pay: $15.00 per hour
