We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in a location in Arizona. The primary function of this role is to carry out maintenance, modifications, and repairs on computer systems and equipment within the tech industry. The successful candidate will be based in a workplace where they will handle various tasks, including installing and configuring different operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals, and administering network accounts for users.

Responsibilities:
• Administer network accounts for a variety of users, ensuring security and accessibility.
• Carry out regular maintenance and modifications on computer systems and equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
• Install and configure various operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals to meet users' needs.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and provide efficient solutions for software programs.
• Guide users on the appropriate use of technology, providing user-friendly documentation for common software questions.
• Maintain and support the technology inventory, ensuring up-to-date records.
• Schedule warranty repairs and other vendor services, ensuring timely and efficient services.
• Perform basic service/repair analysis on computers and equipment, diagnosing issues accurately.
• Continually broaden your detail-oriented knowledge about equipment, software, and their implementations.
• Provide assistance in district and site-based technology training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
• Station the site Tech Center and support walk-in support for student technology, providing immediate and effective solutions.• Proficiency in Dell Technologies is a key requirement for this role.
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is highly desirable.
• A sound understanding of Microsoft products and software is necessary.
• The candidate should possess strong networking skills.
• Knowledge of various operating systems is a must.
• Experience with Active Directory is essential.
• Expertise in handling computer hardware is required.
• The applicant should have a strong background in configuration management.
• Experience with deployments, particularly within a corporate setting, is crucial.
• Deskside support skills are important in this role.
