As the Director, Retail Talent Acquisition, you will establish the regional TA strategy and build high-performing teams by leading the sourcing, assessing, impressing and securing of world-class talent of all levels and career paths in the geographic scope that you oversee. THE ROLE
As the Director, Retail Talent Acquisition, you will lead the team to:
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
Establish a proactive approach of building an effective talent pipeline.
Find the best retail talent and delivering the right people to put forward for assessment.
Assess and selecting the best candidates that meet our key attributes of employment.
Inspire candidates with all Aritzia has to offer, exciting them about the role, the company and the career opportunities.
Secure top talent with compelling offers for retail associates.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Director, Retail Talent Acquisition, has:
Proven and best-in-class skills, education and/or applicable certifications.
A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.
The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team.
A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value.
A deep understanding and commitment for the industry in which we operate.
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $140,000-$170,000 USD year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
