Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Professionals to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for those you serve by assisting with daily activities and fostering a supportive environment.
This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for helping others and possess experience in caregiving, Dementia care, or Alzheimer's care. Duties As a Care Professional, your responsibilities will include: ? Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
? Providing companionship and emotional support to clients to promote their well-being. ?
Implementing care plans tailored to individual needs and preferences. ? Supporting clients with mobility and transportation as needed.
? Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. ?
Documenting client progress and reporting any changes in condition to the appropriate personnel. ? Engaging clients in social activities that promote cognitive stimulation and emotional health.
Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications: ? Background in personal care home settings or group home environments is a plus. ?
Knowledge of dementia care practices and techniques is highly desirable. ? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
? A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to assist others in their daily lives. ?
Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold client dignity at all times. ? Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to accommodate client schedules.
