Overview:

Cvent is looking for an Part Time Personal Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to an Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a flexible work schedule, and who has exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Work Schedule: 20-30 hours/week with hybrid schedule (1 day/week in office, other days are work from home)

Must be local in the McLean, Virginia area and must have a car and the ability to drive

In This Role, You Will::

• Manage personal expenses, including paying bills and keeping expense records
• Schedule reservations and appointments and establish appointment priorities
• Manage email, text, and phone correspondence
• Book and manage travel (flight, hotel, car, etc.)
• Coordinate meetings and help plan events
• Run Errands
• Performs other duties as needed in support of the executive

Here's What You Need::

• 3+ years of experience in Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, project management, and/or support roles
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to solve moderate to complex problems
• Demonstrates attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to juggle competing priorities
• Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality
• Demonstrates the personal discipline to work with demanding, entrepreneurial minds
