Position Overview:
The Physician Liaison will play a crucial role in driving the growth and development of R3 Wound Care and Hyperbarics by building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians and healthcare providers in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and a deep understanding of the local healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and referral sources.
Promote R3 Wound Care and Hyperbarics’ services and treatment options to potential referral sources.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive patient referrals and clinic growth.
Collaborate with the Director of Growth and Development to develop and implement strategic marketing and outreach plans.
Provide education and training to healthcare providers about wound care and hyperbaric treatments.
Monitor and analyze referral patterns and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Represent R3 Wound Care and Hyperbarics at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of direct experience as a Physician Liaison or in a similar role within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
Proven successful track record in building and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare providers.
Strong understanding of the local healthcare market and referral dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
