Powder Coater - $22/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team during the 2:15pm-10:45pm shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial painting and powder coating, with the ability to maintain equipment and ensure a quality product.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality output.
• Operate and understand all paint equipment, including powder ovens and liquid paint airless sprayers.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on sprayer equipment.
• Mask and paint large pieces of equipment.
• Perform all duties while wearing a fitted respirator.
• Work independently with minimal direction.
• Load and unload the paint line.
• Organize paperwork and ensure proper identification of products.
• Properly wand jobs and handle other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

The work environment is clean and well-lit. Employees are regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, and communicate effectively. Occasionally, employees may need to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 100 pounds, is necessary.

This is a position based out of Port Clinton, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
