We are currently seeking a Project Manager specializing in hospitality development, renovation & adaptive re-use to join our Project and Development Services team. Our teams priorities are:

**What this job involves**

***Managing industry changing projects***

As a Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging construction projects. Your strong knowledge of hospitality projects from start to finish will push the business forward through innovative and industry changing ideas. You will be focused on the client experience by managing stakeholders and minimizing risk. Your day to day will vary greatly and provide a dynamic work environment. You will be responsible for all aspects of a project including RFPs, consultant contracts, monthly invoicing, budgeting & reporting, FF&E procurement oversight, driving schedule, conducting weekly meetings, construction oversight, punch list & closeout. PMs are typically allocated to 2-5 projects at a time, but this varies based on the size, duration & complexity of a project. Applicants should be open to travel as necessary. This role will serve a variety of clients and is based out of Aon Center in Chicago, IL.

***Education and experience***

* A Bachelors degree from an accredited institution is **required**. A degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management is **preferred.** A GPA of 3.4 or above is **required.**

* **(4+)** years of relevant experience related to project or construction management.

* **Hospitality, Hotel, F&B, Retail or Luxury** construction project management experience **preferred.**

***Detailed oriented***

Youll need to take meticulous notes and maintain financial reporting for multimillion dollar projects. You will need to be a self-starter and be able to approach problems head-on.

***A relationship builder***

Both verbal and written communication skills are vital, and of course, youll be good at establishing relationships with all levels of the organization & external clients. This is a client-facing role.

***Tech minded***

The real estate and construction industries are consistently changing with technology. Youll need to make technology work to your advantage. You must demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools and continually seek opportunities to develop your skillset.

***An achiever***

Youll have a proven track record of results as well expect you to act decisively, think big, and manage your time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Most importantly, youll want to contribute to a diverse, supportive, and talented team.
