• Proofread various documents, including reports, proposals, manuals, and presentations, to ensure accuracy and consistency in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
• Check for proper use of terminology, style, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with writers, editors, designers, and other team members to maintain quality standards.
• Identify and correct errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
• Verify facts, dates, and statistics for accuracy.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a proofreader or copy editor.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Desired Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in proofreading or editing.
• Familiarity with style guides, such as AP or Chicago Manual of Style.
• Experience in the IT industry or related field is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $45,000 per year
• Maximum Salary: $60,000 per year
