Property Accountant

An industry leading commercial real estate organization is seeking a property accountant to join their staff. This individual will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements for a portfolio of properties.
Responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining the general ledger, creating and posting journal entries, monthly close, etc.
• Preparing and analyzing financials on a monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Reporting on any variances
• Assisting the auditors
Qualified candidates will have 2 plus years of staff accounting experience, preparing and analyzing financial statements. A BS Degree is required.
