Responsibilities

•Talk to motivated sellers, you will qualify the sellers and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
•You will attend customer appointments (up to 12-15 weekly) where you will build a rapport with the sellers, and get the deal closed
•Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales
•Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
•Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
•Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
•Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale

Qualifications

•Must already have Real Estate Listing experience
•Experience with SalesForce or KW Command is a plus
•Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
•Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry
•Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
•Possesses a real estate license
•Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly Coastal Mountain Home Buyers
