What You’ll Do:

As a Recruiting Manager , you’ll play a vital role in driving our growth by connecting top talent with great companies. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Proactively sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified candidates in client roles across diverse industries.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and match them with the right opportunities.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Partnering closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide consultative guidance, and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
• Growing your candidate and client network through strategic outreach, referrals, and relationship management.
• Collaborating with a supportive team to meet individual and team placement goals while delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

This position is hybrid, based in Portsmouth, NH — must be able to be onsite 3 days per week.
