Position Summary:

Dreamscape Destinations is seeking a Remote Personal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive assistance to our clients, helping them plan and coordinate their travel experiences virtually. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with travel planning and coordination, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

• Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, itineraries, and client information.
• Coordinate with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings and ensure smooth travel experiences for clients.
• Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide up-to-date information and recommendations to clients.
• Provide support to clients during their travels, including assistance with itinerary changes, emergencies, and other travel-related issues.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the overall success of the department and deliver exceptional service to clients.
