Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, unclog, and repair residential drain and sewer issues (kitchen, bath, mainline, floor drains, etc.)

• Operate drain equipment such as augers, jetters, and camera/locate systems

• Provide homeowners with clear solutions— and recommend upgrades or additional services that genuinely benefit them

• Present pricing options and close sales on recommended repairs

• Deliver exceptional customer service that builds repeat business

• Document all work performed using company systems

• Maintain equipment and follow all safety procedures

• Stay updated on plumbing safety and code update, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Residential Drain Technician (1–3+ years preferred)

• Strong troubleshooting skills and confidence operating drain and sewer equipment

• A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to explain value and close jobs

• Clean, professional communication with homeowners

• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve regularly lifting to 120 lbs, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
• Current and valid driver’s license in the state where you will be working.

Pay Range

$60,000—$90,000 USD
