As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be part of the team responsible for delivering extraordinary client experiences and supporting sales opportunities. The skills gained in this role open doors to a rewarding career in Retail and growth with Aritzia.

THE ROLES

• Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences
• Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences
• Curate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment

As a Style Advisor, you will:

• Sell clothes and earn client confidence through styling expertise
• Create meaningful, memorable moments to deliver world-class experiences
• Build personalized connections to enhance client loyalty and affinity to Aritzia

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Welcome clients and direct them to the appropriate Service Counter
• Prepare products for processing
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Package products for an Everyday Luxury experience
• Support operations at the Service Counter

As an Inventory Associate, you will:

• Process shipments to and from the DC, boutiques, and clients
• Place products strategically in the backroom
• Uphold product display standards
• Support cross-channel shopping experiences
• Ensure smooth operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations

As a Merchandiser, you will:

• Handle shipments accurately to and from the DC, boutiques, and clients
• Place products on the sales floor strategically
• Translate the product story in our boutiques
• Maintain product display standards
• Support seamless cross-channel shopping experiences
• Support boutique operations across various aspects

THE COMPENSATION
