Join our reputable firm as a Sales Executive within the HVAC space, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and helping sell our brand. We are seeking an individual with strong sales skills who already has a background in HVAC and MEP systems. This individual has a passion for delivering outstanding service and consistently striving for more. You will build relationships and help foster seamless communication between clients, internal teams, and contractors.

Job Details: We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Sales Executive with a specialization in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) to join our team. This position is remote, allowing you to work from any location while being a part of a vibrant and innovative engineering firm. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, an Engineering Degree, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse team of experts, engage with high-profile clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company objectives and sales targets. 2. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and decision-makers to promote our HVAC products and services. 3. Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain our HVAC products and services to customers and prospective clients. 4. Collaborate with engineers to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. 5. Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting. 6. Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management. 7. Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales role within the HVAC or engineering industry. 3. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone. 4. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, CRM software, and sales experience with salesforce.com or similar CRM. 5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. 6. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, market dynamics, and sales principles. 7. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 9. Ability to work independently, manage large, multiple projects, and meet deadlines. 10. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. 11. Ability to travel as needed.
