We’re looking for motivated candidates who are excellent at listening and learning, and who are willing to do the hard work that is necessary to become a part of our dynamic team of leaders. Pay:

• Weekly draw plus commission structure based on experience
• Average first year roofing sales professionals will make between $80,000 - $160,000 with top producers making $165,000+

What You’ll Do:

• Participate in our sales training program to become acquainted with the RJS method
• Listen and learn from proven leaders who are here to move you toward the management program quickly
• Work hard and receive excellent pay for your efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation
• Self-starters with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Sales experience of any kind is helpful (roofing or home improvement a plus, but not required)
• Must be coachable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You must have basic computer skills
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends when needed
