About our company. Hugaboo is a trusted brand specializing in infant and childcare products, including:

• Infant seats
• Supportive nursing pillows
• Child-friendly chairs

Our products prioritize safety, comfort, and design, and already have a proven presence in the US and Japan markets. We are now actively expanding across Asia (outside Japan) and Europe.

Opportunity: B2B Channel Expansion

We are seeking motivated Independent Sales Representatives to develop business-to-business relationships with:

• Distributors
• Brick-and-mortar retailers / storefronts
• E-commerce platforms / online retailers

This is a direct B2B sales role — you will be working with companies (not end consumers) to bring our products into new markets.

Pay / Commission & Territory Structure

• Pay is for commission at this time. The site asked for a range and the dollar amount was based on estimated sales.
  Commission: 15% on all B2B sales you generate
• Territories: Country-level assignments to be defined in consultation with our Sales Director. Priority is given to markets with high revenue potential.
• Product scope: All Hugaboo infant-care lines (seats, pillows, chairs)
• care lines (seats, pillows, chairs)

We provide marketing collateral, sales training, and product samples to support you in your efforts.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, especially with distributors or retail accounts
• Background in baby / infant / consumer products is a major plus
• Strong existing network with retailers or e-commerce channels in your market
• Independent, entrepreneurial, and able to manage and grow your territory
