Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst/Quality Assurance (BA/QA) professional to join our team. This role is focused primarily on manual testing and quality assurance within Salesforce, with a potential opportunity to develop and implement automation processes in the future. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with standard tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Lucid Charts, and will have experience testing in an Agile environment. Knowledge of Salesforce, including Apex, Lightning, Sales, and Marketing Cloud, will be critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual testing of Salesforce functionality, including validation of test cases and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document test cases, ensuring alignment with project requirements and business needs.
• Utilize tools like Jira for status tracking, reporting, and project management within an Agile framework.
• Assist in the setup and management of test environments and reporting using Azure DevOps (standard tools are sufficient).
• Perform testing on Salesforce’s Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Apex, and Lightning components.
• Work with the Test Suite Manager module within Azure DevOps to manage test execution and results.
• Review and troubleshoot test results, identifying issues, and working with development teams to resolve them.
• Leverage Lucid Charts for visual documentation of process flows, requirements, and systems.
• Ensure consistent and thorough documentation of test cases, results, and defects.
• Work closely with team members across development, business analysis, and product management to ensure quality is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide recommendations for improving quality assurance processes as the organization looks to implement automation in the future.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce BA/QA roles, with experience in manual testing.
• Proficient in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps and Jira for project management and status tracking.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to work effectively in Agile environments.
• Experience in writing and executing test cases, including UAT.
• Familiarity with SQL queries for data validation during testing.
• Experience using Lucid Charts for documentation purposes.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well in a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with test automation tools (not required but highly desired).
• Knowledge of additional testing tools and methodologies.

Budget Considerations: This is a mid-level position, and we are looking to keep the compensation aligned with market standards for candidates with the specified level of experience.
