Our client is seeking a self-sufficient and driven Salesforce Developer with strong communication skills and a proactive, go-getter attitude to join an ongoing project until the end of September. This individual will play a key role in ongoing Salesforce initiatives, with a focus on both administration and development within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud . You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors, and may assist with data loads ahead of an upcoming go-live.

This role will work hybrid on-site in Burnaby, Tuesday and Thursday. However, remote candidates with proven experience working on Salesforce Field Service implementations are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on Salesforce administration tasks (user setup, configuration, reporting, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement and enhance Salesforce functionality
  • Support data loads and cleanup as part of system go-lives
  • Provide ongoing system maintenance and support
  • Document technical specifications and processes
  • Required Skills & Experience:

    • 4-7 years of Salesforce development and administration experience
    • Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (REQUIRED)
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Comfortable engaging with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with Salesforce Field Service (preferred but not required)
