A purpose-driven brand consultancy is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to help shape visual identities that inspire change and elevate impact. With a culture rooted in collaboration, creativity, and social good, the team partners with mission-focused organizations across education, health, and community empowerment. The role offers the opportunity to lead design initiatives that transform cause-drive brands into compelling visual narratives.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with strategists, writers and fellow designers to develop thoughtful, effective creative solutions
• Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts that align with brand strategy and goals
• Explore and build visual systems including logos, typography, color palettes, iconography, photography styles and more
• Apply design thinking to develop tools and assets that work across digital, print and video platforms
• Present ideas and prototypes that bring concepts to life in real-world applications
• Participate in design analysis to inform creative direction and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Conduct quality checks and refine deliverables to meet high standards across all media

Who You Are

• A graphic designer with 5–7 years of experience within a branding agency
• Motivated by purpose-driven work and passionate about using design to create positive impact
• Strategic in your approach to design and always thinking about audience, context and outcomes
• Committed to producing high-quality work that reflects care and craftsmanship
• Inspired by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in communities globally

Salary Range: $90,000 – 115,000 annually, based on experience

Location: Brooklyn, NY – Hybrid
