About the Role

Were seeking a skilled SEO Specialist with 35 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for search engine optimization, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record of driving organic growth through strategic and technical SEO initiatives.

What Youll Do

• Manage multiple client accounts across various industries.
• Develop SEO strategies for new and existing clients.
• Present and speak about SEO initiatives and strategies in client meetings.
• Define Client Goals & KPIs for organic search performance on a client basis.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis by reviewing Google Analytics, Google Search Console & SEMrush.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of SEO efforts with data-driven metrics.
• Shape monthly SEO deliverables on a per-client basis
• Optimize websites for optimal SEO performance and organic search visibility visibility.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, create strategic recommendations, & apply subsequent implementation.
• Work closely with Client Success Managers (AM/PM) to maintain account integrity.
• Delegate tasks as needed to junior team members & content department.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry updates pertaining to SEO strategies, tactics, and algorithm shifts.

What We Need

• Must have 3+ years of SEO experience (agency experience a plus).
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or IT.
• Working knowledge of web analytics, website design tools, and optimization tools: G oogle Analytics & Search Console, Google Tag Manager & Looker Studio, SEMrush & VWO
• On-page expertise: on-page keyword optimization, heading structure, conversion rate optimization, UI/UX structure, and an understanding of the user journey.
• Understanding of various Content Management Systems, specifically WordPress
• Custom lead/key event tracking skills within Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• HTML, CSS, JSON, and other code-based technology knowledge is a plus.
• Must be a self-starter who can quickly learn, share, and apply effective tactics in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to write and speak clearly and effectively and present your ideas in an organized and actionable manner to both clients & internal teams.
• Must be goal-driven and be able to strategically and independently make recommendations that deliver toward both client and agency success.
• Be a team player and work well within a cross-functional team setting.
