One of our companies is currently looking for a Social Media Manager in the United States .

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to drive the growth and engagement of our digital presence across platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Instagram. In this role, you will own the social media strategy from ideation to execution, develop original content, and build meaningful community engagement through storytelling and collaboration with influencers. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to elevate brand visibility, promote thought leadership, and generate interest in our mission and products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s passionate about social media, education, and growing authentic digital communities.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute multi-platform social strategies that drive brand awareness and audience growth.
• Create high-impact, trend-savvy content tailored to each platform, with a strong focus on TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Manage day-to-day operations of social channels including publishing, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external influencers to produce engaging campaigns and customer spotlights.
• Analyze performance data to optimize content, report on KPIs, and inform future campaigns.
• Stay current on emerging social trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.
• Proven success creating engaging short-form content, especially on TikTok.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and experience with LinkedIn thought leadership.
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with Reddit’s unique platform culture and norms.
• Experience using social tools such as Sprout Social or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a remote team environment.
• Strategic mindset paired with a love for data, testing, and continuous improvement.
