Warsaw Meadows Care Center is hiring a 30-32 hour a week Speech Language Pathologist to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations in Warsaw, IN! The Ideal Cadidate will have experience in LTC/SNF settings with prior knowledge of Net Health

A RARE IN HOUSE OPPORTUNITY

The SLP is responsible for assisting in assessing the need for, developing, and delivering speech therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.

Shift Available

Full Time 30-32 hours a week)

Responsibilities:

To provide SLP therapy care within the scope of practice in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards.

Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans as needed and addressign the patients needs

Qualifications

A masters in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current licensure as SLP in the start of Indiana

Assume responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification
